2.1 To proceed with the collective sale of Bedok Court Condominium (MCST 1130)
For: 677 share value, Against: 131 share value. Motion passed
2.2 To invite subsidiary proprietor to form a sales committee for purposes of collective sale
The Sales Committee of 9 members is formed. The members are:

2.3 To consider the appointment of the solicitors & marketing agents for the collective sale by the sales Committee subject to the terms of the Collective Sale Agreement: Motion unanimously passed
2.4 To allow the Sales Committee access & usage, without charge of the available MCST 1130 facilities limited to the Function Room & Board Room solely for the purpose of collective sale: Motion unanimously passed.
